Whether you're preparing for your first baby or welcoming another little blessing, my heart is to walk alongside you and your family through this meaningful season.

My goal is not to create a perfect birth, but to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered throughout your experience, no matter how your birth unfolds.

What Is a Birth Doula?

A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.

As your doula, I am here to provide encouragement, education, hands-on comfort measures, and a calming presence throughout your journey.

I work alongside your partner and healthcare team to support your preferences and help you navigate decisions with confidence.

While a doula does not replace your medical provider, having someone dedicated to supporting you and your family can make a meaningful difference in your birth experience.

What Does Doula Support Include?

Our time together begins before labor. Through 3 personalized prenatal visits, we will discuss your birth preferences, explore comfort techniques, and provide childbirth and basic breastfeeding education. Together, we will prepare for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period so you and your partner can feel informed, confident, and supported as you prepare to welcome your baby.

Prenatal Support

I will be on call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks for when labor begins. When labor begins, I will be available to provide encouragement, reassurance, physical comfort measures, positioning suggestions, and continuous support as your birth unfolds. I will also help your partner feel involved, confident, and supported.

Labor & Birth Support

Support doesn't end when your baby arrives. During the early postpartum period, I provide 2 follow-up visits, breastfeeding support, space to process your birth experience, and emotional encouragement as you adjust to life with your newest little one. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and cared for as you navigate recovery, feeding, and the transition into motherhood.

Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, choosing an epidural, preparing for an induction, or navigating a cesarean birth, my role is to support you without judgment.

Comprehensive support for expectant mothers and their families as they prepare for the arrival of their baby.

  • 3 prenatal preparation visits

  • Childbirth, basic breastfeeding, and pelvic floor education

    • Educational Booklet Included

  • 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks

  • Continuous labor and birth support

  • Immediate postpartum support

  • 2 postpartum follow-up visits

Standard Birth Doula Package- $1,300

Designed for returning clients who need less prenatal education but desire the same compassionate labor, birth, and postpartum support.

Returning Birth Doula Package- $1,000

Birth Photography Add-On — $200

Capture the meaningful moments of your birth story with professional photography, when birth support allows.

Preferred Lactation Support Pricing

Additional breastfeeding support is available at a reduced rate for doula clients.

Natural Family Planning Discount

Doula clients receive 10% off Natural Family Planning courses.

Payment Options

Payment plans are available for doula services. A signed agreement and applicable payment are required to reserve your due date.

All services are subject to availability. Travel fees may apply outside my standard service area.
